Barre
Barre is a toning and endurance workout inspired by elements of ballet, yoga, and Pilates. It focuses on low-impact, high-intensity movements designed to strengthen your body in ways that few other workouts can. In addition to building strength, this full-body workout also develops agility and flexibility. This class utilizes the barre, your body weight, and tools such as light weights, resistance bands, sliders, Yoga blocks & a Pilates ball to give you a full body burn! Blaze Barre refers to our heated barre class In which the room will be heated to 90 degrees. All levels are welcome and modifications/options will be shown.
Bootcamp
A full body strength and conditioning circuit class utilizing a variety of equipment including free weights, resistance bands, TRX suspension bands, and much more! All levels are welcome and modifications/options will be shown.
Cycle
An indoor heated cycling class. We offer several variations of cycling including cycle bootcamp and cycle and strength which utilizes light handweights.
HIIT It Hard
High-Intensity Cardio and Strength Interval class utilizing a variety of studio equipment. This class Is for all levels. Frequent breaks are encouraged. Modifications and options will be shown.
Inferno Flow
A Mat Pilates and Yoga flow combo class. Pilates is a mind, body, and spiritual practice with benefits that include improved posture, better coordination and balance, increased lung capacity, improved concentration and focus, increased body awareness, stress management, and injury prevention. Mat work is a great choice for everyone from beginners to advanced students because the exercises not only can build in difficulty but every exercise can be modified to decrease or increase the level of challenge. Practicing Mat Pilates helps build a strong, balanced body and increases flexibility. As you progress in your practice you will notice improvements in breathing, focus, stress management, and body awareness. This class will focus on strengthening the body's core areas (abdominals, back, and glutes) while improving balance and flexibility with a vinyasa yoga flow. This Is a heated class with a temperature between 90-95 degrees.
Restore
Restorative yoga enables deep relaxation as you hold poses for longer periods of time with the help of props to completely support you. This heated yoga class Is a restful practice that Is all about slowing down and opening your body through passive stretching. Designed to ease tension, you will rejuvenate the body, mind, and spirit and detox with each session. The class will be heated to 90-100 degrees. All levels are welcome.
Yoga
Revitalize your body, relax your mind, and reduce stress with slow, gentle standing flows and floor asanas (poses) to increase your strength and flexibility, and improve breath capacity. Ideal for beginners of any age or physical condition or experienced students who want a slower-paced, less strenuous class. Class will be heated 90-95 degrees.
Butts + Guts
A core focused strength training class. Strengthen the glutes & abdominals with this 50 minute heated class. Class will be heated 85-90 degrees.
